| A. | Prices start from as little as £13 per treatment – 99% of the time this will be cheaper than doing it yourself and without any of the hassle. |
| Q. | How often should my lawn be treated? |
| A. | We recommend a lawn should be treated on average 4-5 times per year. |
| Q. | What time of year is best to start treating my lawn? |
| A. | There is never a bad time of year – the sooner the better! Even in winter Luxury Lawns can apply a beneficial moss killer and turf hardener. |
| Q. | When will I see a difference? |
| A. | Depending on the existing condition of your lawn you should see a difference within 2 weeks. |
| Q. | Do I need to be home when you arrive to apply a treatment? |
| A. | No, however please can you leave your lawn clear of debris (including leaves) and ensure that when we arrive we have access to your garden. |
| Q. | Do I have to do anything to my lawn before you arrive? |
| A. | Please cut your grass 2 days before we arrive and do not cut if for at least 2 days after we have treated it. You will not need to water your lawn after we have visited as we use a granular feed with a polymer coating which will slowly release nutrients into your lawn. |

| A. | Don't worry - Luxury Lawns is able to help any lawn, no matter what condition it is in! |
| Q. | Surely I could put weed killer down myself and get the same results? |
| A. | Luxury Lawns uses products which are only available to professionals and are much more effective than those you can buy over the counter. |
| Q. | How do I know you know what you're doing?! |
| A. | Your treatment will be carried out by Donald Campbell who is qualified to a high level. This includes:

| Q. | Is there a contract to sign? |
| A. | We do not ask you to sign a contract but we do ask you give us at least 4 weeks notice, in writing, if you wish to cancel a programme of visits. |
